Because the Hatco HWBHRT-7QT drop-in soup warmer’s metal-sheathed heating element has a correlating thermostatic control, this unit can accommodate prepared soup, stew, chili, sauce, and curry with various holding requirements. Operators can adjust the control dial to preset temperatures, while the thermostat monitors actual product temperatures by raising or lowering heat as necessary. This 2.75-inch-wide by 4-inch-high panel can be installed in a 2.13-inch-wide by 3.38-inch-high cutout, and because it’s attached to 36-inch-long lead cords, it can be positioned at a distance from the warmer.

This Hatco HWBHRT-7QT soup warmer measures 10.31 inches in diameter by 9.60 inches high and accommodates 7 quarts of product. Operators can use the included EZ locking hardware to install this circular unit in a countertop cutout ranging from 9.13 to 9.56 inches in diameter. To match fabricated steam table layouts, it creates a seamless look once dropped into the countertop, while its stainless and aluminized steel housing matches most themes. To preserve its original look, this metal resists corroding, denting, and warping and can be wiped clean.
