Made with smooth top and bottom plates, the Hatco MCG20S-208-QS double panini press can be used for toasting sandwiches and heating quesadillas. These plates are made of cast iron for durability and coated with enamel to reduce sticking. Because the plates can be removed, they can be cleaned in a dishwasher and interchanged with grooved plates if desired. Adding support, the unit’s frame is made of warp-resistant stainless steel.

For quick cleaning, the Hatco MCG20S-208-QS double panini press has a grease tray that can be removed for emptying. With its grip handles, the tray enables secure lifting and movement. To notify users of the unit’s power and temperature status, it has indicator lights that show when it’s ready to be used. This press can cook items as thick as 2.75 inches while maintaining uniform plate contact, making it useful for cooking thick sandwiches and chicken breasts.
