Hatco S-27
The Hatco S-27 Imperial booster heater raises the temperature of water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for sanitary warewashing or 140 degrees Fahrenheit for low-temperature dishmachines. Its ambient compensating thermostat maintains the temperatures. The tank can accommodate 16 gallons and is lined with Castone to protect the components against corrosion. If the water levels become too low, the low-water cutoff feature shuts down the elements to prevent them from burning out.
The Hatco S-27 Imperial booster heater has a stainless steel front and hammertone body withstand daily wear and tear. The front opens to offer convenient access for servicing the unit. There is a built-in heat trap and fiberglass insulation to retain heat and increase efficiency. Its on/off switch has a pilot indicator light to clearly display when the heater is on, and the unit is elevated off the ground with its 6-inch-tall plastic legs.
