Its plastic food zone can be easily wiped free of dust and debris, and the components within are removable and dishwasher safe for thorough, streamlined cleaning. It descales and sanitizes at the push of a button, and a clear LED display provides users with status updates.
To maximize installation possibilities, the Ice-O-Matic CIM1137FR full-cube ice machine head utilizes a dual-exhaust system that discharges air from the top and the side. An antimicrobial agent is built into the unit, providing defense against the development of mold, bacteria, and mildew. This unit uses a remote condenser, outsourcing heat and noise to improve the kitchen’s atmosphere.
