For flexibility in creating an interactive cooking space, the Lakeside 2075 LTMAP cooking station is positioned on four 5-inch non-marking swivel casters-two of which include brakes for stabilization. Its two induction stoves use electromagnetism, eliminating open-flame cooking, while its ceramic glass cooktop remains cool to the touch for efficient, safe cooking. This unit measures 34 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 41 inches tall and is made of durable stainless steel-a rust-, corrosion-, and wear-resistant metal that can be wiped clean. To complement an array of themes, its laminate exterior comes in light maple.

Staff can store condiments, silverware, dinnerware, and other supplies in the Lakeside 2075 LTMAP cooking station’s base, which is welded with an 18-gauge stainless steel shelf. Two hinged, resin particle board doors encase the base and are simple to open and close for enhanced convenience. The cooktop’s control panel is positioned above the doors, and staff can use this to modify the stoves’ temperatures between 90 and 440 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various cooking needs. Built with a downdraft filtration system, it eliminates grease, smoke, fine particulates, gas, and odors to maintain a clean ambient area.
