The Lakeside 2075 WAL Creation Express cooking cart measures 34 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 41 inches tall, providing an unobstructed view of the ceramic cooking surface to accommodate demo cooking setups. For durability and resistance to rust and corrosion, its top and sides are made of stainless steel. Its base features an 18-gauge stainless steel interior shelf for storing condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies. Two high-density resin particle board doors conceal the base’s interior to create a clean appearance and reduce the risk of products falling out as the cart is transported. For smooth mobility, this unit is positioned on 5-inch swivel casters with non-marking tires. Because the exterior and doors are finished with a neutral, maple laminate, this cart can be integrated into various decorative themes for flexible styling.

The Lakeside 2075 WAL cooking station is equipped with two induction stoves that rely on electromagnetism and induction-ready pots and pans to cook ingredients. This cooking method eliminates flame-based cooking, and the surfaces remain cool to the touch during use. Employees can adjust each stove’s temperature from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking controls, while the LED power-level indicators provide a large readout of each stove’s heat. To filter out grease/particulate, smoke/fine particles, and gas/odor, this unit includes one built-in downdraft air filtration unit with a three-stage exhaust filtration system. To ease maintenance, the filter unit is positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism.
