For durability, the Lakeside 2080 GRSAN mobile cooking cart’s sides, top, and interior are made of stainless steel. Its ceramic glass cooking surface features three induction burners that are flameless and cool to the touch. So staff can adjust and monitor its cooking and holding functions, its cooking controls are placed above its hinged cabinet doors. It sits on four 5-inch-diameter swivel casters-two of which include locks-to enable mobility or stationary placement.

For a neutral appearance matching existing equipment, the Lakeside 2080 cooking cart’s exterior and doors come in a gray-sand laminate. Its doors are made of high-density resin particle board and feature an interior shelf for accessible storage. Overall, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 35¹/₂ inches tall and doesn’t include a filtration system.
