The Lakeside 657 RMAP ambient meal delivery cart is mounted on swivel casters for mobility around healthcare facilities. It holds (20) 15-inch by 20-inch trays, which rest on ledges with 6 inches of spacing to accommodate domed plate covers and drinkware. The cabinet is enclosed, keeping out contaminants. Doors on the front and back provide convenient pass-thru access for loading and unloading. Resistant to buckling and rusting, the cabinet is made of stainless steel. Its exterior has vinyl panels that come in a red walnut color.
