Lakeside 6850 LMAP 87 1/4″ Breakout Mobile Serving Counter w/ Shelves & Laminate Top, Light Maple

While the Lakeside 6850 LMAP breakout mobile dining station’s medium-density fiberboard top is finished with water- and stain-resistant black laminate, its cabinet base sports a light-maple laminate to contrast the neutral top and complement various settings. This 87¹/₄-inch-wide by 32¹/₂-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit rests on four 4-inch-diameter casters with protective non-marking cushion-tread wheels. Two of these casters swivel, while the other two are fixed in place to ensure stabilization during use. To conceal the casters from the front, a recessed stainless steel panel encases threes sides of the unit’s base. Guests can retrieve dinnerware from the open dish compartment, while staff can store supplies and equipment on the two interior compartments integrated into the serving side. Each compartment features one adjustable laminate shelf; one compartment has five sets of stainless steel pan ledges to accommodate food pans.

The Lakeside 6850 LMAP dining station’s 83¹/₂-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep top includes two 16³/₈-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep drop leaves secured in place with two swing-out supports. Great for office settings, this surface provides ample display space for breakfast items, pastries, hors d’oeuvres, sandwiches, and coffee airpots. A stainless steel rail encloses three sides of the top to secure displayed contents in place, and when these drop leaves are not in use, they can be folded down to save space or simplify transport.
