Lakeside 6850 RMAP 87 1/4″ Breakout Mobile Serving Counter w/ Shelves & Laminate Top, Red Maple

To display breakfast items, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, or coffee airpots, the Lakeside 6850 RMAP breakout dining station features an 83¹/₂-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep top section. Made of medium-density fiberboard, it’s finished with black laminate to establish a neutral background letting vibrant food stand out. To maintain a clean presentation, this laminate resists damage from water and stains. Stainless steel railing encases three sides of the top to reduce the risk of contents falling, and two drop leaves can be secured in place on both ends with their swing-out supports. When the drop leaves aren’t in use, they can simply be folded down, so the unit can used as a bistro table.

The Lakeside 6850 RMAP dining station’s cabinet base features a red-maple laminate finish that attractively contrasts its black top and complements an array of decorative themes. For a clean, professional appearance, a recessed stainless steel panel encases three sides of the base to conceal the unit’s casters. These four 4-inch-diameter casters have non-marking cushion-tread wheels to protect flooring from scuffs during transport; two of the casters are fixed in place for stability during use. This 87¹/₄-inch-wide by 32¹/₂-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit’s customer-facing section features a dish storage area so guests can retrieve plates and bowls. On the opposite side, two open interior compartments each include an adjustable laminate shelf for storing additional equipment and supplies. One of these compartments is equipped with five sets of stainless steel pan ledges spaced 3 inches apart to accommodate food pans.
