Lakeside 6855 RMAP 99″ Breakout Mobile Serving Counter w/ Shelves & Laminate Top, Red Maple

Coffee airpots, drink dispensers, breakfast foods, hors d’oeuvres, snacks, and other items can be displayed on the Lakeside 6855 RMAP breakout dining station’s 95-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep top. Its medium-density fiberboard construction features a stain-resistant, waterproof black laminate for an unobtrusive backdrop complementing the base’s red-maple laminate finish. Stainless steel railing encases three sides of the top to ensure displayed contents remain in place, while the two drop leaves positioned on either end are locked in place with swing-out supports to increase the display area. When not in use, these drop leaves can be folded down.

Dishes can be stored in the Lakeside 6855 RMAP dining station’s front-facing dish storage area so guests can retrieve a plate or bowl before choosing their food from the line. The operator-facing side includes three interior compartments for additional storage, while the left and center compartments include an adjustable laminate shelf to accommodate various inventory. So it can be wheeled out of the way or secured in place, this 99-inch-wide by 32¹/₂-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit is positioned on four 4-inch-diameter casters featuring non-marking cushion-tread wheels to protect flooring from scuffs and scratches. To establish a stationary, built-in appearance, a recessed stainless steel panel encases three sides of the base so the casters aren’t visible from the front.
