Storing 180 pounds of ice, the Manitowoc Ice IDT0900A-261/SFA292-161 Indigo NXT commercial ice machine has a rocking chute dispenser to reduce ice spillage. Its DuraTech exterior prevents fingerprints from showing up, keeping the unit clean. Equipped with an icon-based touchscreen display, users can conveniently program the machine based on ice production volume and time, while the Active Sense technology ensures that ice is harvested in all environmental conditions.
The Manitowoc Ice IDT0900A-261/SFA292-161 full-cube ice maker with dispenser uses an acoustical ice sensing probe to track ice cube thickness, providing size consistency throughout the day. Because it is air cooled, the maker requires less setup and expense than a water-cooled or remote-based system. To streamline cleaning, the distribution tube, water trough, curtain, and sensing probes are removable and can be wiped down.
