The E23D3/2C is a 24″ wide, electric, double stacked half-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven from Moffat on a 3″ caster base stand with a bi-directional reversing fan system that delivers uniform airflow and a porcelain enameled oven chamber. There is a (3) 18″ x 13″ double stacked half-size sheet pan capacity with 3-1/3″ tray spacing on each oven of this double stacked half-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven. There is a pull-down twin pane glass door on each oven of the double stacked half-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven with Stay-Cool door handles.

There is programmable steam injection that provides wet heat in the double stacked half-size stainless steel Turbofan digital/electric programmable convection oven.
