Moffat E27M2/2C 31-7/8″ Turbofan Full-Size Manual/Electric Double Stack Convection Oven With Porcelain Oven Chamber On 3″ Castor Base Stand, 208V or 220-240V

The E27M2/2C is a 31-7/8″ wide, electric, double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven from Moffat on a castor base stand. There is a (2) full-size sheet pan capacity for each oven on this double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven. There is a pull-down twin pane glass door on each full-size Turbofan convection oven with a Stay-Cool door handle.

The exterior and castor base stand on this double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven are all stainless steel. There is a mechanical thermostat and the temperature range on each oven of the double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven is between 150 – 500 degrees F and each has a 60 minute timer with time up alarm. The double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven has a bi-directional reversing fan system and a porcelain enameled oven chamber on each oven.

The E27M2/2C double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven is an electric unit and each oven operates at either 208 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 13 Amps for 2,700 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 12 Amps for 3,000 Watts and fitted with a NEMA 6-15P plug cordset. The double stacked full-size Turbofan convection oven includes a stacking kit.
