Beautiful design and modern appearance of this all new Excalibur 9 Tray Dehydrator will bring form and functionality to any kitchen space. Featuring stainless-steel exterior and polycarbonate interior, the tray is developed with air-flow mechanism and components which makes it ideal for families, hunters, crafts people, volume pet treats, in-home dehydrating businesses.

- Case exterior is made of Stainless Steel inserts. Case interior is polycarbonate, the same material as the black and white units.
- 26 Hour of uninterrupted operation lets you set it and forget it. Unit automatically turns off when the set time is complete.
- Adjustable Thermostat 105◦F to 165◦F. Temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruits and vegetables. Temperature range is also high enough to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat for jerky. Unit turns on automatically when thermostat is in use.
- 7-inch fan, 600 watts.

This is an amazing dehydrator. My kids occasionally have problems with new electronics but this is so easy that even they can use it. Top quality construction and I cannot think of any improvements. Highly recommend buying this!

This is my first dehydrator and it works perfectly! I do a lot of backpacking so this is great to make meals for the trail. Highly recommend dehydrating some bananas or apples for a tasty treat in the woods.
