The Panasonic NE-SCV2NAPR commercial high-speed oven uses convection cooking, broiling, and microwaving to support six separate heating patterns to cook frozen and room temperature foods. By incorporating two heating methods simultaneously, such as broiling and microwaving, a desired result can be produced; this design also decreases cooking time. Inside the unit, a high-speed circulating fan adjusts from 30 to 100 percent, and a microwave, convection heater, and broil heater work in tandem when directed. Overall, it can heat from 350 to 525 degrees Fahrenheit.
Constructed of durable stainless steel, the Panasonic NE-SVC2NAPR high-speed oven is for countertop use; it has an 1811/16-inch-width, 221/4-inch depth, and 163/16-inch height. Because of its stackable structure, other units can be stacked on top of the oven if needed. On the front of the unit, its user-friendly LCD touch panel has a 1,000-recipe memory, while operators’ own menus can be edited through their personal computer. Its lightweight door is easy to clean and contains a removable air filtration for accessible general upkeep. The machine includes a removable rack, ceramic plate, wire rack, and more to properly cook different foods.
