Heavy-duty 12″ x 12″ cast iron grates support fry pans, saucepans, stock pots, and other cookware, while allowing operators to slide heavy pots from one burner to another with ease. The oven includes two chrome-plated racks that can be arranged in multiple positions for added flexibility.

Whether you are preparing high-volume menu items, simmering sauces, boiling water, or baking in the oven cavity, this Prepline gas range is built to handle demanding commercial kitchen use.

Maintenance-Friendly Design

This restaurant gas range includes an anti-clogging pilot cover to help keep the pilot light operating properly. A full-width removable crumb tray catches food debris, spills, and overflow from the cooktop area, making daily cleanup easier. The removable grates allow for more thorough cleaning at the end of a shift.

The porcelainized oven bottom helps simplify oven maintenance, while the kick plate protects internal components and allows front access for servicing.
