The Scotsman HID525AW-1 wall-mount water and ice dispenser can make as much as 500 pounds of ice in a day, provided ideal operating conditions are met. It’s an air-cooled system, requiring none of the extra setup work of a water- or remote-cooled system. A 25-pound bin holds ice, and the auger and evaporator are made of stainless steel for added durability and resilience.
