Description
In ideal conditions, the Scotsman MC0630MA-32 full cube ice machine head produces 640 pounds of ice in 24 hours. It makes medium-sized cubes, which are often used in drinks for restaurants and bars. Because the unit is air cooled, it uses air from the room to cool the refrigerant and form ice cubes in the evaporator plate. After ice is made, harvest assist pushes a pin through the evaporator plate to force ice into the bin.
Featuring indicator lights for visibility and a self-aligning panel for quick access, this Scotsman MC0630MA-32 ice maker is efficient and user friendly. To keep the ice head clean, it’s guarded by antimicrobial protection and features a one-touch cleaning button for constant monitoring. WaterSense purge control also helps clean the unit by reducing scale buildup automatically.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
