The Scotsman UC2724MA-1 undercounter ice maker has a storage bin that holds 80 pounds of ice. This ice maker produces 282 pounds of ice each day when used in ideal conditions. It produces full-cube ice intended for serving in cocktails because of its slow melt rate.
This Scotsman UC2724MA-1 ice machine has a compact footprint and a recessed utility chase so users can install it in tight places with insufficient space to provide side and rear clearance. Its condenser is self-contained and cooled by air. When cleaning the air filter, it can be accessed from the front.
