The Scotsman UC2724SW-1 undercounter ice maker produces as much as 266 pounds of ice daily and its bin holds 80 pounds of ice at a time. Half-cube ice produced in this unit generally is used in sodas and blended into smoothies and coffee drinks. A scoop is included with this unit, so users can fill cups after opening the bin’s slide-back door.
This Scotsman UC2724SW-1 ice maker’s condenser is self-contained and breathes from the front. The unit’s utility chase is recessed. Such an arrangement requires very little space, so the unit can be installed in tight spaces.
