Southbend KLGS/17CCH

The Southbend KLGS/17CCH single full-size convection oven is constructed with rust-resistant stainless steel front, back, sides, and door frames. For added durability, the door frames are welded and have high-efficiency glass windows so users can watch food as it cooks. Since the doors are dependent, they only have one heavy-duty handle to control them both; this design means users can open and close the oven with one hand. To reduce the risk of burns, the door handle is temperature resistant and doesn’t transfer heat.

With a solid-state thermostat, the Southbend KLGS/17CCH single-deck full-size convection oven can hold temperatures from 140 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit with very little fluctuation, encouraging uniform results from batch to batch. As food cooks, the 1/2-horsepower fan moves air around the oven, ensuring that all areas are evenly heated. For more delicate foods, the fan has two speeds and can be adjusted to a lower setting.
