The Southbend S48EE commercial range features eight open burners and two space-saver ovens. Its cast iron burners are heavy duty and durable, resulting in faster heating and cooking times. With front, sides, and a removable shelf made of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this unit is durable and easy to clean.
To enable thorough cleaning, Southbend S48EENG S-Series gas range has removable grates and a crumb tray to collect debris. Each oven has a thermostat range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, with an efficient, heavy-duty U-shaped oven burner. All inner cavity parts are enameled for increased durability and streamlined cleanup.
