Description
The True TCGG-60-S-LD full-service deli case is ideal for holding meats, cheeses, salads, and other deli items. Its refrigeration system maintains a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit by using R134A refrigerant. To facilitate maintenance, the automatic defrost system is time initiated and time terminated. Since it is constructed of stainless steel, the deli case is durable and resists scratching and corrosion.
Cold air is trapped inside the True TCGG-60-S-LD refrigerated deli case by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. On the rear, two double-pane thermal glass doors can be opened smoothly with their 12-inch-long extruded handles, and they self-close with a counter-balanced weight system to reduce temperature recovery time. Inside the case, four adjustable white PVC-coated wire shelves can be fixed to accommodate different types of products and enhance presentation. Five LED lights ensure that customers can see each item.
