Description
In the True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-B-W full-service bakery case, three adjustable shelves hold and display cakes, pastries, pies, and other baked goods, and these shelves have a wire construction to promote airflow around stored items. Each shelf can hold 150 pounds, with the entire unit holding six 18-inch by 26-inch pans and 18-inch by 12-inch pans. LED lights in the case enhance visibility, so guests can clearly see into the unit through the front and side glass. On the rear, doors give operators access to the baked items with their convenient sliding design.
This True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-B-W bakery display case has powder-coated white interior and black exterior construction, while the temperature can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit by operators on the electronic controller. Because the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant instead of traditional alternatives, it is more eco-friendly than units using those older options.
