True Refrigeration TFP-72-30M Description

The True TFP-72-30M prep table with refrigerated base has three sections for storage space in its base, and all three stainless steel exterior doors are lined with aluminum to resist corrosion. Each door has a 12-inch recessed handle that facilitates opening, while magnetic gaskets around the doors prevent cold air leaks. Inside the cabinet, six adjustable, PVC-coated shelves hold product, and to simplify cleaning, its stainless steel floor has coved corners.

The top of the unit includes 30 sixth-size pans in the cutout compartment, and these pans are protected by two foam-insulated lids, retaining cold air and preventing contaminants from reaching food. An 8-inch-wide-by-12-inch-thick polyethylene cutting board runs the length of the unit and can be used as a prep station for toppings or preparing meals. Using a guided system, the True TFP-72-30M prep table with refrigerated base ensures product stored in the cabinet base is just as cold as product in the top compartment.
