Turbo Air PST-28-N Description

Offering plenty of room to prepare food, the Turbo Air PST-28-N sandwich prep table has a side rail and a 91/2-inch deep cutting board. Eight food pans can be held in the top of the unit, while additional ingredients can be stored on the single shelf in the refrigerated base. To keep product fresh, R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains temperatures between 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, which are adjustable with digital controls and can be monitored with a readout.

The Turbo Air PST-28-N salad prep table has 7 cubic feet of interior space and one section. To reveal the cabinet, the door swings open to reveal the cabinet, and it locks so nothing is stolen or tampered with after hours. Aluminum liner in the door prevents corrosion, and stainless steel construction ensures durability for high-volume use. For installation against a wall, the refrigeration system in this unit breathes from the side.
