The Turbo Air PST-48-D2R-N sandwich and salad prep table holds 12 pans at the top, while a hood prevents germs from contaminating food. While the top is great for holding cheese, vegetables, and other toppings used to prepare food, the 91/2-inch cutting board offers a place for employees to slice meats and assemble meals. Holding product not currently in use, this unit has two drawers and a door that opens to a refrigerated cabinet.

Adjustable with digital controls, the Turbo Air PST-48-D2R-N prep table has a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. For temperature monitoring, users can view the provided readout, and to ensure the level remains steady, the cabinet has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this unit is resistant to corrosion, dents, and scratches, while the door is lined with aluminum for corrosion resistance.
