Accessed behind two drawers and one door, the two sections of the Turbo Air PST-48-D2R(L)-N sandwich prep table have an interior space of 12 cubic feet. Ensuring nothing is stolen from the shelf or base, important product can be stored behind the door due to its locks. To hold numerous ingredients, the top can accommodate 12 pans of food, which is great for holding meats, cheeses, and vegetables in a handy place.

The Turbo Air PST-48-D2R(L)-N salad prep table has bright LED lights inside the cabinet. Fans blow inside the unit using the cold bunker system, which produces forced air, and when the door is opened, the fan automatically shuts off. Achieving a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit, it cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the condenser is self-contained to ease installation.
