The Turbo Air TACM-48 cheese melter has a stainless steel front, sides, and interior. It is powered by natural gas and has an adjustable valve to control the heat level. Knobs on the left and right of the unit enable the user to adjust gas in those areas, so different kinds of food can be cooked on each side.
The Turbo Air TACM-48 Radiance cheese melter is equipped with a protective screen above the infrared burner, limiting how much heat escapes and preventing user burns.
