The TurboChef SOTA combo oven combines the consistency of convection cooking and the speed of a microwave oven in a single unit. Its stylish exterior and small footprint ensure this high-speed oven is perfect for front-of-the-house operations. Featuring a black powder-coated steel exterior, this oven is durable and resistant to dents and scratches. It also has matte-chrome accents for a modern appearance. To remain balanced on uneven countertops, the unit has adjustable 4-inch legs bolted to the bottom.

An LED timer counts down the last 30 seconds of the cooking cycle, and the smart menu system can store 256 recipes. Along with flash firmware, which provides updates through a smart card, self-diagnostics monitor components and performance to ensure that the oven is working efficiently. Air is evenly distributed by a stirrer, and a vent catalyst filters odors, smoke, and grease so that the TurboChef SOTA oven can be used without a vent.
