Varimixer V5 Description
Measuring 9.5 inches wide by 21.66 inches deep by 15.75 inches high, the Varimixer V5-S planetary mixer comes with the provisions to be mounted on a countertop or table. Constructed of aluminum, it features a silver powder-coated finish to match common color schemes. Its 5-quart bowl is secured in place with a bowl clamp, and the stainless steel bowl guard enables users to easily add ingredients. To support various cooking methods, this machine includes a dough hook, wire whip, flat beater, and a steel bowl-all made of stainless steel. An ingredient chute and a polycarbonate bowl shield are also included with purchase.
The Varimixer V5-S 5-quart mixer is operated with two rotary knobs-one on each side of the unit. Its speed can vary from 78 to 422 RPM, and it uses direct-drive transmission and a 0.4-horsepower motor that operates quietly. For smooth movement, it contains greased, anti-friction ball bearings, and the planetary head can consistently move around the bowl as it’s permanently lubricated. If a power outage occurs, its overload protection and no-voltage release prevents the machine from randomly powering back on.
