The Vulcan EV36-S-6FP-240 electric range is equipped with six French plate burners, which are known for their durability and swift cleaning. Each plate offers 2,000 watts of heating power and an infinite control switch for temperature adjustments. On the front of the range, a short shelf provides convenient plating space, and employees can use the oven to finish foods.
The oven is oversized, with enough room to fit a standard sheet pan side to side or front to back. The single rack is movable to three positions, accommodating different product types. The temperature in the oven ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, adjustable with a control knob. All controls stay cool to the touch-preventing user discomfort and burns-and for more heat protection, the oven controls are contained in an insulated box.
