Vulcan RRE24E
Preventing messes from splashing on the wall or surrounding equipment, the Vulcan RRE24E electric griddle has a 4-inch backsplash and tapered side splashes. It sits on a countertop and has adjustable 4-inch legs for cleaning underneath. A grease trough guides messes into a drawer to facilitate cleaning. Because the griddle is stainless steel, it’s durable enough to withstand repeated use, and the plate is also stainless steel to ease cleaning. This plate is 3/4 inch thick to provide uniform cooking and recover temperatures quickly.
The Vulcan RRE24E countertop griddle measures 24 inches wide by 31.50 inches deep by 15.30 inches high. It has two cooking zones with snap-action thermostats mounted to the bottom and spaced 12 inches apart. To cook multiple foods at once, the zones are individually controlled, and the temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooking surface measures 24 inches wide by 24 inches deep.
