The Vulcan VC66GD double-deck, deep depth oven uses natural gas or liquid propane to heat the two compartments. The steel interiors are covered by a porcelain enamel to release cooked-on food so they are easy to clean. Each compartment has five nickel-plated racks that adjust to 11 positions. Solid state temperature controls can be set between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the oven cool down switch rapidly cools the cavities down when the doors are open. An audible alarm alerts the operator when a 60-minute cycle has concluded. The Vulcan VC66GD double-deck, deep depth oven is built with stainless steel doors that have double pane windows, providing visibility of product without releasing heat.
