Vulcan VGM36C Description

The Vulcan VGM36C heavy-duty gas range is 36 inches wide, offering three individually controlled 12-inch heated areas on the griddle plate. Because each area has its own pilot flame, one or more areas can be turned off during slow hours. The temperature of the 3/4-inch-thick griddle plate is controlled by knobs for each section. Stray grease is contained by 4-inch splashes around the plate, and a deep crumb tray catches leftover food particles.

The base of the Vulcan VGM36C griddle gas range is a convection oven for increased functionality. It can bake foods at temperatures ranging from 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Its cooking cavity is covered in porcelain on the bottom, sides, and door interior. This slick finish repels food debris and expedites cleaning. Two removable oven racks are included and can be adjusted to three slide positions. For durability, this oven is constructed of stainless steel with a sturdy door and hinges.
