Vulcan VGMT36C Description

The Vulcan VGMT36C heavy-duty commercial range provides a 36-inch-wide space to grill meats and vegetables on its griddle plate. Made of polished steel, the 3/4-inch-wide plate resists warping under constant temperature changes. The top is divided into three 12-inch sections, each with a separate pilot and heat knob. Heat is regulated by snap-action thermostats, ensuring the temperature stays near the desired setting. To ease the cleaning process, splatter is contained by 4-inch splashes and waste collects in the crumb tray. The unit’s front edge extends past the plate, providing a place to plate food.

The Vulcan VGMT36C gas range uses natural gas or liquid propane and has a convection oven base. The oven interior is porcelain-coated steel, which prevents food from getting stuck inside. The two included racks are adjustable to three positions to accommodate various products. This heavy-duty model is made of stainless steel on the front, sides, base, and door.
