Vulcan VHP848U
The Vulcan VHP848U gas hotplate has eight burners with lift-off heads, so it is easy to clean underneath them. Temperature adjustments are made with the infinite heat control valves for each burner’s heat. The top grates withstand commercial applications with their cast iron construction. For quick and simple cleanup, there is a full-width crumb tray that pulls out to make it easy to clean after cooking. The Vulcan VHP848U gas hotplate measures 48 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 165/8 inches tall and has 4-inch adjustable legs. The control panel and sides are constructed of stainless steel, adding durability for heavy-duty applications.
