Wolf C36C-6B Description

The Wolf C36C-6B Challenger XL gas range has six open burners configured on the top, each of which operates at 30,000 BTU and has a lift-off head to facilitate cleaning. For burn protection, the control knobs used to adjust burner levels are heat resistant. Cookware on the top sits on heavy-duty cast iron grates. In these grates, aeration bowls direct heat to the surface, while a crumb tray catches debris to ease cleaning.

The convection oven in the base of this Wolf C36C-6B restaurant range uses fans to evenly distribute heat throughout the chamber, and with this uniform distribution, the unit can quickly bake product. Adjustable on the thermostat, the temperature can be set between 250 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while the unit includes three oven racks and accommodates sheet pans side-to-side. Made of porcelain, the oven cavity is nonstick, preventing food buildup.
