The Advance Tabco HF-2E-120-BS hot food table keeps hot, cooked food warm until it is served, maintaining safe serving temperatures to comply with food safety guidelines. Designed for dry operation, its two wells do not need to be filled with water and can each hold a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan. This dry setup eliminates the need to manage water levels but creates an uneven heat pattern that requires stirring to prevent food from sticking. Each well is controlled independently with an infinite control knob. Along the front, an 8-inch-deep cutting board provides a place for users to plate food and carve meat, while the base provides storage space with three enclosed sides and an undershelf.
