Advance Tabco HF-4E-120-DR 62 3/8″ Hot Food Table w/ (4) Wells & Cutting Board, 120v

The Advance Tabco HF-4E-120-DR hot food table is made to keep food warm until it is served to customers, and it should not be used to cook or reheat food. It has four 12-inch by 20-inch wells that each hold a full-size, 6-inch-deep pan, and because these wells are designed for dry operation, they do not need to be used with a water bath method. Although this setup reduces maintenance and cleaning, it can also reduce the uniformity of the heat pattern. Knobs on the front individually control the heat level for the wells, while the cutting board provides a place for plating.
