This Bakers Pride BPCV-E2 Restaurant Series bakery depth full-size electric double-deck convection oven is perfect for preparing anything from fresh-baked bread, rolls, and cookies, to casseroles, meats, and more with one energy-efficient 10.5kW direct forced air heat system per deck.
Bakery depth (sometimes called deep depth) convection ovens allow the user to load full-size pans in either direction, something that can’t be done in a standard depth model. As a result, multiple pans can be “staggered” or faced in alternating directions on the racks for better airflow and more even results, particularly when baking.
For easy cleanup and excellent versatility, each oven is designed with a porcelainized heavy gauge steel interior, complete with five adjustable racks (per deck). To keep an eye on your culinary creations, interior lighting comes standard with each unit.
Each deck also features its own 60-minute electric timer, a 1/2 hp fan motor with dual-speed fan control. Cool-to-the-touch knobs ensure safety during use.
This bakery depth double deck convection oven is constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and sides. It has a 50/50 synchronized door design with double-paned, thermal glass windows on each deck. Four stainless steel legs come standard with adjustable bullet feet.
