Beverage Air SPE27HC-C-B

The Beverage Air SPE27HC-C-B Elite Series prep table has eight 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans in its top compartment. Product in these pans is conveniently accessible for employees making sandwiches and salads on the full-length, 17-inch-deep cutting board. Removable hood and lid assemblies over the pan section keep cold air around the ingredients and help prevent contamination. In the cabinet, operators can store additional product on the epoxy-coated shelves. Made of aluminum, the interior liner is heavy duty and resistant to corrosion.

Product in the cabinet is accessible through the removable door. This door is self-closing and stays open when users are loading product. Temperatures in the cabinet range from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. This unit also has forced-air circulation that moves cold air under the pans to keep air below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
