The Carter-Hoffmann BB96E Economy Carter banquet cabinet is made of durable stainless steel with a double-wall design, and its high-density, wrap-around fiberglass insulation traps heat inside. Three shelves made of nickel-plated wire can be removed for cleanup and can accommodate (120) 101/2-inch-diameter covered plates. A handle on each end of the cabinet supports pushing and pulling. Four casters are placed in a wheel-ahead pattern so that the cabinet can move smoothly over uneven floors.
This Carter-Hoffmann BB96E banquet cabinet has a full-range thermostat that preheats to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in 20 minutes with a maximum temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Mounted at the bottom of the cabinet, the heater can be removed without tools. Its high-impedance protection prevents overheating, and an indicator light turns on when the heater is activated.
