The Carter-Hoffmann T600 Queen Mary dish transporter has six shelves, each with nine inches of clearance-plenty of space for returning dinnerware to the dishroom during busy dinner engagements. It’s made of 16-gauge stainless steel to resist corrosion and withstand scratches and dents from dish transport. A wraparound bumper is bolted to the cart’s base, keeping hard cart edges from knocking into walls and possibly damaging them.
