Delfield 406P
The Delfield 406P undercounter refrigerator offers 5.7 cubic feet of interior space in one section. Its solid door retains cold air and is fitted with a black recessed handle to open and close it. The cabinet is equipped with two shelves-epoxy coated to resist corrosion and made of wire to enable uniform air circulation. This unit is made of stainless steel to provide durability and rust resistance; its interior is constructed of ABS plastic to facilitate cleaning.
To prevent cold air from escaping the cabinet, the Delfield 406P one-section refrigerator is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. The refrigeration system is mounted at the bottom for access when maintenance is needed and cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its current temperature can be monitored on an interior thermometer and the refrigerator operates in the range of 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
