The Garland GME36-120S Master floor model commercial induction range has four hobs. Its cooktop surface is made of a 6-milimeter-thick panel of seamless glass, so it’s swift to clean. Using RTCSmp technology, the cooktop maintains precise temperatures and won’t overheat because the hob shuts off if a pan is used dry.
Heat in the hobs of the Garland GME36-120S induction range is controlled by 12 power settings. Its knobs are simple to grasp and stay cool to the touch. The unit’s chassis is constructed of stainless steel, making it durable enough to withstand repeated use in a commercial kitchen. In the base of the unit, a storage compartment keeps cookware and utensils accessible.
