Garland M60XS Description

The Garland M60XS upright broiler can be used in any restaurant that prepares high volumes of steaks. Its broiler can sear proteins and grill vegetables, and the finishing oven browns, melts, and finishes cooked food. Featuring a five-position rack, the broiler enables the operator to move food closer to or further from the burners depending on the desired level. These 40,000-BTU burners are made of durable cast iron and supply heat to the finishing oven, as well. The oven’s porcelain interior resists corrosion and streamlines cleaning. A plating rail is fixed to the unit’s front, and its stainless steel construction resists denting, scratching, and rusting. Adjustable legs elevate the unit off the floor and keep it stable.
