Garland MCO-ED-20-S Description

The Garland MCO-ED-20-S Master Series double deck convection enables chefs to monitor cooking through its door windows. Each oven features six adjustable racks, which can be configured to fit many products chefs need to bake. The simple, solid-state controls facilitate new employee training. A pair of two-speed fans circulate air inside the two ovens.

The stainless steel construction of this Garland MCO-ED-20-S stacked convection oven protects it from corrosion and the daily scrapes and dents of commercial kitchens. While the porcelain-enameled chambers will need attention in the long run to deal with cracking, they expedite closing time cleaning. The oven stack offers increased production for restaurants with a large clientele, where a single oven may not be enough.
