To hold wrapped or boxed prepared foods in the short term, the Hatco GR2SDH-24D Glo-Ray Designer horizontal display warmer features top-mounted infrared heaters that disperse heat to the holding surfaces’ outer edges to reduce heat loss. The unit’s heated base is thermostatically controlled, and operators can adjust temperatures from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Coated incandescent lights at the top of each level illuminate displayed products, and their shatter-resistant design protects displayed foods from bulb breakage.

This Hatco GR2SDH-24D heated merchandiser’s two 23.87-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep shelves each include five product divider rods that can be adjusted to organize various snacks, sandwiches, and other prepared foods. Tempered glass side panels ensure customers have a view into the shelves; with the unit’s open front and rear, customers can grab their product of choice, and operators can insert foods into the back. This 30.25-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 29.05-inch-high unit can be displayed on convenience store countertops, and it’s mounted on 4-inch legs to elevate product and facilitate cleaning beneath the merchandiser.
